This Sub-section shall apply <br />to fees for Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Plastering Permits. <br />No fees or portions of fees are refundable for House Moving Ap- <br />plications or mileage in conjunction therewith, for Use and Occu- <br />pancy Certificate fees, Plumbing and Electrical examination fees, <br /> <br />or Temporary Use of Streets permit fees.' <br /> "SECTION 8107. S~airway. <br /> <br /> "Section 42o of s aid Uniform Building Code is amended by chang- <br />ing the fourth paragraph to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 'Stairway. A breezeway or covering of single roof con- <br />struction with no concealed or enclosed space shall be permitted <br />between a dwellin~ and a private garage if such buildings are at <br />least five feet apart, provided that a passageway not less than <br />three feet in width be permanently maintained along both sides of <br />the dwelling, and such private garage shall then be deemed to be <br />a detached structure.' <br /> <br /> "SECTION 8109. Restrictions in Fire Zone NO. 2. <br /> <br /> "Section 1603 of said Uniform Building Code is amended by adding <br />a new Sub-section to read as follows: <br /> <br /> '(d) Fire-resistive construction of exterior walls shall not be <br />required on detached Group F or Group J Occupancy buildings having <br />an area of not more than four hundred square feet when such build- <br /> <br /> <br />
