ORDINANCE NO. NS-190 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "C.N~.W.K ANNEX" WH]~REAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did on Nay 7, 1956 declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 56-128, which said Resolution was'. regularly published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing 'to be held on June 18, 19~6; and WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or protests to said proposed annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AlVA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no protest to the annexation of the territory herein/described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said territory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annex- ation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, California; that written consent of all the owners was filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the adoption of this Ordinance, agreeing that all property within said territory shall be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City contracted prior to or existing at the time of annexation and that said property shall be so taxed. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at a point in the monumented center line of Dyer Road, said point being at the intersection of said center line with the Northerly extension of the West line of the East half of Lot 3, of "South Santa Aha Place", as shown on a map corded in Book 5, at Page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California; thence South 89° 04' 45" East along said center line, and the Santa Aha City Boundary 330.00 feet to an intersection with the Northerly extension of the East line of Lot 5, of said "South Santa Aha Place"; thence South 0° 39' 15" West along said extension and East line, 536.60 feet; thence North 89° 04' 45" West 330.00 feet to a point in the West line of the East half of said Lot 3; thence North 0° 39' 15" East along said West line, (and its Northerly extension) 536.60 feet to the center line of Dyer Road the point of beginning.
