be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of the <br />City of Santa Ana, the Santa Ana Elementary School District, Santa <br />Ana High School District and Santa Aha Junior College District, and <br />said annexation is by this Ordinance effected, approved and declared. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas- <br />sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha <br />Independent.
