ORDINANCE NO. ~.Ts-2o6 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SOUTH STAND- ARD ANNEX" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did on July 16, 1956 declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 56-205, which said Resolution was regularly published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on September 4, 1956; and WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or pro- tests to said proposed annexation; NOW, TH~EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AHA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOW~: SECTION 1. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said territory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, California. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at an angle point on the Santa Ana, California City limits line, said augle point being the northeast cor- ner of the "Townsend Annexation" as established by the City of Santa Arm Ordinance No. 1341, passed on April 21, 1952, said point of beginning being a point on the north line of Delhi Road 554.54 feet easterly from the center line of Standard Avenue measured along the north line of Delhi Road; thence westerly along said city limit line and along the north line of Delhi Road and along the north line of said "Townsend Annexation" to the east line of "South East Santa Aha Annexation" as established by the City of Santa Aha Ordi- nance No. 1173, passed on July 22, 1946; thence northerly along said City limit line and along the east line of said "South East Santa Aha Annexation" to the south line of that portion of Orange County Water Works District No. 6 annexed
