ORDINANCE NO. NS-242 DECLARING THE ANNEXATION OF ~---~TAIN TERRITORY DESIGNA'£'~D "SHINN D~ ROAD ANNEX" ~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did on Febr~aary 18, 1957 declare its intention to sa hex certain uninhabited territory by Resolution No. 57-26, which said Resolution was regular- ly published as required by law, and which said Resolution gave due notice of public hearing to be held on April l, 1957; and ~HEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections or protests to said proposed annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA D0~S ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. That after due hearing, it finds that there was no protest to the annexation of the territory herein described, that due notice of the time and place of hearing was given; that said terri- tory was wholly uninhabited at the time the petition for annexation was filed; that said territory is contiguous to the City of Santa Aha, California; that w~ritten consent of all the owners was filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the adoption of this Ordinance, agree- ing that all property within said territory shall be taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of said City contracted prior to or exist- ing at the time of annexation and that said property shall be so taxed. SECTION 2. That all of the territory situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, as shown on a map of South Santa Aha Place, recorded in Book 5, Page %0 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said Northwest corner being an angle point in the City boundary of the City of Santa Aha; thence South 89° 45' 00" East 1328.90 feet along the centerline of Dyer Road~to the Northeasterly corner of said Santa Aha Place and to an angle point in said City boundar~ and to the true point of beginning; thence 0" a South 0 01' 5 E st 668.53 feet along the Easterly line of said Santa Ana Place and ~ong said City boundary to the Southeast corner of said Santa Ana Place; thence North 89° 45' 00" West 330.00 feet; thence North 0° 01' 05" West 668.53 feet to a point on the centerline of Dyer Road · 0 ! l! and to said City boundary, thence South 89 4~ O0 East 330 feet along the centerline of Dyer Road and along said City boundary to the true point of beginning~
