be and the same is hereby annexed to and shall become a part of <br />the City of Santa Arm, the Santa Aha School District, Santa Arm <br />High School District and the Santa Aha Junior College District, <br />and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected, approved and <br />declared. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
