(maximum): 98% recovery minimum. <br /> <br /> 4' Carbon residue, bottom 10%, 0.5% (maximum). <br /> 5. Sulphur content, per cent by weight, 0.80% (maximum). <br /> <br /> If oil meeting the above specifications is not available, then in <br />lieu of the above specifications any oil sold, delivered, or used for <br />the purpose of orchard heating shall meet the minimum ASTM specifica- <br />tions of #2 fuel oil or ~2 deisel fuel, and before sale or delivery <br />shall be processed and/or have included therein an additive to sus- <br />pend or homogenize the heavier fractions of the oil with the lighter <br /> <br />fractions in order to decrease self-distillation or cracking processes <br />when burning in an orchard heater." <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
