(a) Class I Heaters are any type of heater which is so de- fined and equipped that it will not discharge unconsumed solid carbonaceous r~tter at a rate in excess of 1/2 gram per minute. Class I Heaters include Pipeline Systems, including Kittle Heaters; Universal Return Stack Heaters, its equivalent or better; Briquet or Coke heaters only ~%en used with briquet or coke, and will b e enlarged to include any heaters which are shown by competent test to come within the definition of a Class I Heater. (b) Class II Heaters are hereby permitted for use only when the draft regulator is so adjusted as to permit a meximum air orifice within the limitation indication below for such heater. Permits for Class II Heaters shall set forth the maximum air orifice permitted for each type covered by the permit, and no person shall burn any Class II Heater inthe City with an ori- Fice or an opening greater than that permitted on such permit or set forth herein below, except for the first five minutes after the heater is lighted.
