Shall the Charter of the City of Sa~ ta Aha be ) amended by amending Section 402 thereof to pro-) YES vide that each member of the City Council shall) receive as compensation for his services a ) NO monthly salary in the sum of $125.007 ) SECTION 3. That said Specisl ~icipal Election shall be consolidated with the State-wide General Election to be held on the same day, that is, November 4th, 1958, and that a request that the same be done as heretofore be submitted to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange by the adoption of Resolution No. ~8-193 on the ~th day of August, 1958, and by submission of a certified copy thereof to said Board of Supervisors, and that the details as to the manner in which said election shall be held and the authorization to the Board of Supervisors to hold the sane with said State-wide elec- tion, and the instructions to the Clerk of the Council as to the notices to be given and things to be done in connection with said election, shall be as set forth in said Resolution No. SECTION 4. This Ordinance, being an Ordinance calling and otherwise relating to an election, shall take effect upon the date of its publication.
