That under the authority contained in Section 511.3 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and after engineering and traffic investigation, and Council determination, Section 3280 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding four new subsections thereto to he designated "(s), (t), (u), and (v)", in words and figures as follows= "(s) No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than 35 miles per ho~Lr On West Fourth Street from the east property line of North Flower Street to the east property line of North Artesia Street. "(t) No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour on East Fourth Street between the east property line of North Mortimer to a point 800 feet east of the centerline of North Nab~r¥ Street as North Mah~try Street exists on the south side of Fotl~th Street. "(U) No person shall drive a vehtele at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour on North Broadway between the north property line of West Charlotte Street and a point 250 feet north of the centerline of West Seventeenth Street.
