'(v) No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater than 45 <br />miles per hour on East McFadden Street between the west property <br />line of Lyon Street and the west property line of South McCla¥ Street; <br />nor at a speed greater than 35 miles per hour between the west <br />property line of South McClay Street and the west property line <br />of South Halladay Street.' <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
