Section 6336. Hours of Business. All Billiard aud Poolroom parlor businesses operated in the Cit.y shall be closed between the hours of 12:30 A.r~. and 6.30 A.M. Section 6337. Revoking Permit. In addition to the penalties provided for violation of this Code, the Council may revoke any permit given to carry on or conduct a business where games of billiards, pool, or bagatelle are conducted for profit, for any violation of the provisions of this Part, and for repeat- ed violations of law in said place of business. Before such revokation the permittee shall be given notice and accorded a hearing before the Council, as provided for hearings set forth under Part 1 of this Chapter. If the Council determines, after such hearing, that the permittee has willfully violated the terms of this Part 3, or has so conducted his business as ~ have repeated fights, disturbances, batteries or other violati, ons of law occurring in his place of business, the permit shall be revoked or may be continued upon such conditions as the Council may impose. Section 6338. Exceptions Bowling Alleys. %~T~en any room is m~ntained where the games of billiards, pool or bagatelle are conducted for profit, which room is maintained in a building or place wherein are maintained ten or more bowling alleys, all under the same management, which building or place is kept open on a 24-hour basis, the room where billiards, poo~ or bagatelle are plsyed shall be exempt from the requzre~ents of Sections b330 and 6336, except that the entrance to said room or place shall be at all times open, or have clean, unglazed glass, so as to give unobstructed view into said room. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days from and after its adoption.
