Section 6336. Hours of Business. <br /> All Billiard aud Poolroom parlor businesses operated <br />in the Cit.y shall be closed between the hours of 12:30 <br />A.r~. and 6.30 A.M. <br /> <br />Section 6337. Revoking Permit. <br /> In addition to the penalties provided for violation of <br />this Code, the Council may revoke any permit given to <br />carry on or conduct a business where games of billiards, <br />pool, or bagatelle are conducted for profit, for any <br />violation of the provisions of this Part, and for repeat- <br />ed violations of law in said place of business. Before <br />such revokation the permittee shall be given notice and <br />accorded a hearing before the Council, as provided for <br />hearings set forth under Part 1 of this Chapter. If the <br />Council determines, after such hearing, that the permittee <br />has willfully violated the terms of this Part 3, or has <br />so conducted his business as ~ have repeated fights, <br />disturbances, batteries or other violati, ons of law occurring <br />in his place of business, the permit shall be revoked or <br />may be continued upon such conditions as the Council may <br />impose. <br /> <br />Section 6338. Exceptions Bowling Alleys. <br /> %~T~en any room is m~ntained where the games of billiards, <br />pool or bagatelle are conducted for profit, which room is <br />maintained in a building or place wherein are maintained <br />ten or more bowling alleys, all under the same management, <br />which building or place is kept open on a 24-hour basis, <br />the room where billiards, poo~ or bagatelle are plsyed <br />shall be exempt from the requzre~ents of Sections b330 and <br />6336, except that the entrance to said room or place shall <br />be at all times open, or have clean, unglazed glass, so as <br />to give unobstructed view into said room. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
