F. Rogers and wife dated September 6~ 1927, and recorded in book 87, page 28 of Official Records of said Ornage County, and to the South line of said Lot 3~ and to an angle point in said city boundary; thence easterly along said South line of Lot 3 and along said city boundary 15.OO feet more or less to an angle point in said city boundary, and to the East line of that certain property described as Parcel i in deed to James A. Lukens and Florence B. L~kens dated June 19, 1958, and recorded in book 4351, page ~38, Official Records of said Orange County; thence southerly slong said East line 658.14 feet more or less and along said city boundary to the north line of Tract No. 2P08 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Nap Book 6h~ pages 23 and 9&, Records of ~aid Orange County, and to an angle point iu said city boundary; thence westerly along said c~ty boundary and along said North l~ne of Tract No. ~208 to the Northwest corner of said Tract No. 2P08, and to an angle point in said city boundary; thence Sontheasterly and Southerly along the westerly line of said Tract No. 7208 and Tract No. 2207, per M.M. 62/23,2~ and along said boundary to the North line of Section 96~ Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino B~se and ~eridian, and to an angle point in said city boundary; thence westerly, Southwesterly and Southerly along the northerly and Westerly line of the "Delhi and Bristol S.
