No occupied hives be closer than four hundred (400) feet to an~ <br /> existing dwelling, on the premises or the premises of another <br /> apiary. <br /> c~ No occupied hives be closer than fifty (50) feet to any property <br /> line cen, ken to other property lines other than property lines of <br /> another apiary. <br />(13) Churches, public institutions, public and parochial schools and <br /> colleges and hospitals. <br />(14) Temporary directional signs. <br />(15) Trailer park or camp. <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.2. Building Height. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed three (3) stories or forty-five (45) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.3. Front Yard. <br /> <br />There shall be a front yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.4. Side Yard. <br /> <br /> There ~hall be a side yard of not less than six (6) feet. On a corner lot <br /> the side yard on the street side shall be not less than ten (10) feet. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9230.5. Rear Yard. <br /> <br /> There shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty-fiv~ (25) feet. <br /> SECTION 9230.6 Off-Street Parking. <br /> <br /> Off-sbreet parking shall be provided in the manner ~' . o. prescribed in <br /> Part IV cf this Chapter. <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.20. RE (Residential-Estate District). <br /> <br />SECTION 9230.21. Uses Permitted. <br /> <br /> (a) One (1) single-family dwelling of a permanent character placed in a <br />permanent locatione In addition to the single-familydwelling, there may be one <br />(1) permanent guest house for each building site. <br /> (b) Private green houses and horticulture collections for domestic, non- <br />commercial use, flower and vegetable gardens, fruit trees or ar~ agricultural crops. <br /> (c) Accessory buildings. <br /> (d) One (1) unlighted sign not exceeding six (6) square feet in area, <br />pertaining only to the sale, lease or hire of the particular building, property <br />or premise on which displayed. No other advertising sign, structure or device of <br />ar~ character shall be permitted. <br /> (e) One (1) temporary real estate office devoted to the sale of real estate <br />in the tract in which located for a period of time not to exceed one (1) year. <br /> (f) The following additional uses subject to the issuance of an approved <br />Conditional Use Permit as prescribed in Part V of this Chapter. <br /> <br />(1) Churches and accessory church buildings. <br />(2) Public grade schools, colleges and universities which m~y include - <br /> dormitories, libraries, museums, university union buildings and ar~ <br /> galleries when owned and operated by governmental agencies or the <br /> university. <br />(3) Private schools and colleges except said private schools and colleges <br /> shall not include trade schools operated as commercial enterprises. <br />(4) Parks and playgrounds not operated for commercial purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />
