SECTION 9247.3. Integrated Development. <br /> <br /> The parking requirement for each use or class of uses contained herein shall <br />b~ required for each separate use or class of uses in any development unless an <br />off-street parking and loading plan is presented to the Planning Department with <br />a site plan including a ratio of three (3) square feet of parking area for each <br />one (1) square foot of gross floorarea of all buildings included in the <br />development. <br /> <br />SECTION 9247.4. Minimum Requirement. <br /> <br />The following uses shall provide off-street parking as required herein. <br /> <br />'"': , USE <br /> <br />1. One-family, two-family, three- <br /> family <br /> <br /> A. Bachelor Apartment <br /> B. One-bedroom apartment <br /> C. Two-bedroom apartment <br /> <br />3. Trailer Parks <br /> <br />4. Resthomes, convalescent homes, <br /> sanitariums, homes for the aged <br /> <br />Boarding houses, lodging houses, <br />rooming houses. <br /> <br />6. Fraternities, sororities, dormi- <br /> tories, residential clubs <br /> <br />7. Hotels <br /> <br />8. Motels, tourist rooms, cabins <br /> <br />9. General business and professional <br /> offices <br /> <br />10. ~dical-Dental offices and clinics <br /> <br />11. Union halls and buildings <br /> <br />One garage or carport for each <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />One parking apace for each dwelling unit <br />parking space for each dwelling unit <br /> 2 parking space for each dwelling unit. <br /> <br />1¼ parking space for each dwelling unit. <br /> <br />One parking space for each two beds or <br />one parking space for each 200 square <br />feet of sleeping room whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />One parking space for each guest room <br />or one parking space for each 150 square <br />feet of sleeping area, whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />One parking space for each two beds or <br />one parking space for each 1OO square <br />feet of sleeping room whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />One parking space for each two sleeping <br />rooms plus one stall for each three <br />employees. <br /> <br />One parking space for each unit plus <br />one space for resident manager. <br /> <br />One parking space for each 300 square <br />feet of gross floor area, but not less <br />than 1/3 of the total lot area, which- <br />ever is greater. <br /> <br />One parking stall for each 150 square <br />feetof 1-gross/3 floor area, but not less <br />than of the total lot area, which- <br />ever is greater. <br /> <br />One parking stall for each 300 square <br />feet of gross office floor area plus <br />one stall for each 70 square feet of <br />assembly room floor area, but not less <br />than 1/3 of the total lot area, which- <br />ever is greater. <br /> <br /> <br />
