A. Nelson, et al, to prezone certain land not as yet annexed to <br /> <br />the City of Santa Ana, and reco~ended the establishment of District <br /> <br />classifications hereinbelow set out: <br /> <br />'£hat property described as follows be classified as a <br />c-1 District: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the centerline of Tustin Avenue <br />located along said centerline a distance of approximately <br />$~0 feet more or less Southerly from a point where the <br />centerline of Tustin Avenue intersects the centerline of <br />Santa Clara Avenue; thence Easterly along a line approxi- <br />mately parallel to the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue <br />for a distance of 340 feet more or less; thence Southerly <br />along a line approximately parallel to the centerline of <br />~ustin Avenue for a distance of ~60 feet more or less; <br />thence ~esterly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 340 feet <br />more or less to a point where said line intersects the <br />centerline of Tustin Avenue; thence Northerly along the <br />centerline of Tustin Avenue to the point of beginning; <br /> <br />and that property described as follows be classified as an A-1 District: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point located on the Northeast corner of <br />the parcel hereinabove described; thence Easterly along <br />the line approximately parallel to the centertine of Santa <br />Clara Avenue for a distance of ~51 feet more or less; <br />thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the centerline of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 8~0 feet <br />more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a <br />distance of 651 feet more or less to the SOutheast corner <br />of the parcel hereinabove described and classified as a <br />C-1 District; thence ~ortherly along the Easterly boundary <br />of the parcel hereinabove described as classified in the <br />C-1 District, to the point of beginning; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />?~EREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br /> <br />said question and does now find that public necessity, convenience <br /> <br />and general welfare require the following establishment of District <br /> <br />classification for said property; that the reco~m~endations of the <br /> <br />Planning Commission to zone the hereinabove property in the A-1 <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
