That the real property in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Tustin Avenue, located along said centerline a distance of approximately 660 feet more or less Southerly from a point where the centerline of Tustin Avenue intersects the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue; thence Easterly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 991 feet more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the centerline of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 650 feet more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 991 feet more or less to the centerline of Tustin Avenue; thence Northerly along the centerline of ~ustin Avenue for a dis- tance of $60 feet more or less to the point of beginning, is hereby prezoned and classified as C-1 and ~-3 Districts as shown on Sectional District i~ap 4-5-9 (Exhibit 327 A), and that said Sectional District l~ap is hereby established to show said classifi- cation, and that such prezoning and classification shall become effective whensoever in the future the property is annexed to the City of Santa Ana.
