electors at large throughout the city and to elect three (3) members <br />of the Board of Education who shall be elected from among those nom- <br />inated by the vote of the registered electors within the City of <br />Santa Aha and within those portions of the Santa Aha School Distrlc%s, <br />or any of them, lying outside of the City. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. The Clerk of the Council shall publish a list of <br />the nominees and the offices for which they have been nominated, a <br />list giving the address of each of the Polling Places for each of <br />said 85 Voting Precincts, together with the names of the Election <br />Officers appointed to serve in each Polling Place; shall instruct the <br />Election Officers; is hereby authorized to find and appoint substi- <br />tutes for any Election Officer appointed by the Council who is unable <br />or unwilling to serve in such capacity; shall provide through the <br />printer of election supplies authorized by the City Council ballots <br />in the form and number required by law, forms of declaration, tallies, <br />instruction manuals and all other supplies necessary for the holding <br />of said Election as required by law; and shall be responsible for <br />every detail prior to and during the holding of said Election. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6.
