(n) The following uses subject to the issuance of <br /> an approved Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />(1) All uses permitted in the C-1 District that <br /> are subject to a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7: That Sub-section (g) of Section 9230.201 of the <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> (g) Night clubs, bowling alleys, dance halls, skating <br /> rinks, sports stadiums, arenas and outdoor theatres. <br /> <br />SECTION 8: That Sub-section (f) of Section 9243 of the Santa <br /> <br />Aha Municipal Code is hereby amended to ~ad as follows: <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />The following provisions shall be applicable to <br />patios and architectural features, such as eaves, <br />chimneys and cornices. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Cornices, eaves, chimneys, and similar architec- <br />tural features may extend into any required yard <br />a distance not to exceed eighteen (18) inches in <br />the A-I, RE, and R-1 Districts, and six (6) inches <br />in the R-2, R-3, R3H and P Districts. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />A wholly or partly enclosed covered patio attached <br />to a residence shall maintain the same yards as re- <br />quired for the main building, excepting as set <br />forth in item (3) of this subsection (f). A patio <br />with a roof having open frame or egg-crate con- <br />struction shall be considered a covered patio. <br /> <br />A covered patio may project into a required rear <br />yard of any Residential or Professional District <br />to within five (5) feet of the rear property line. <br />Further, a patio roof may be extended into any re- <br />quired side or front yard the same distance allowed <br />for any architectural feature as set forth in item <br />(1) of this subsection (f). Further, that portion <br />of the covered patio extending into said required <br />rear yard shall be completely unenclosed on at least <br />three sides excepting for necessary structural mem- <br />bers. Nothing herein shall prohibit the screening- <br />in of said patio with fully ventilating screen. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />A landing place may extend into any yard to a dis- <br />tance of six (6) feet across one-half (~) of the <br />width or depth of the lot, provided that such land- <br />ing place shall have its floor no higher than the <br />entrance floor of the building. Stairs leading from <br />the ground to said landing place may project beyond <br />said six (6) feet. Further, an open railing no <br />higher than three (3) feet may be placed around said <br />landing place. Nothing herein shall prohibit the <br />extension of an unenclosed, nonroofed, open patio, <br />into any and all required side and rear yards. <br /> <br />(s) <br /> <br />Any cornice, eave, chimney, or similar architectural <br />feature, patio cover o= canopy may extend into any <br />other required open space provided for in this <br />chapter, other than required yards, a distance not <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
