Open- <br />frame or egg-crate patio covers shall be declared <br />a roof in the application of this item (6). <br /> <br />SECTION 9: That Item (4) of sub-section (a) of Section 9245 <br /> <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />When any Land Use District is modified with the "B" <br />suffix and the lot so zoned abuts property used or <br />zoned for residential purposes, a six (6) foot high <br />masonry wall shall be erected between said modified <br />lot and residential property; however, the masonry <br />wall shall not exceed four (4) feet in height between <br />the front property line and the established building <br />line of adjacent residential property. <br /> <br />SECTION 10: That Item (2) of Sub-section (c) of Section 9247.1 <br /> <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />A car need not enter a street backwards. This provision <br />shall not apply to off-street parking required in <br />Section 9247.4, category 1; or prohibit the backing of <br />motor vehicles into a street which has a standard in- <br />dustrial street cross section regardless of the use on <br />the lot abutting said industrial street. <br /> <br /> SECTION 11: That Sub-section (f) of Section 9247.2 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to ;read as follows: <br /> <br /> (f) Ail parking areas shall be accessible to vehicles via <br /> drives and aisles of the size specified herein. <br /> <br />SECTION 12: That Sub-section 9 of Section 9247.4 of the Santa <br /> <br />Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />® <br /> <br />General business and pro- <br />fessional offices except <br />medical, dental offices <br />and clinics. <br /> <br />One (1) stall per 300 square <br />feet of gross floor area for the <br />first 10,000 square feet of gross <br />floor area and one stall per 500 <br />square feet of gross floor area <br />over 10,000 square feet.
