Medical, dental offices <br /> and clinics. <br /> <br />One stall per 200 square feet <br />of gross floor area; however, in <br />no case shall there by less than <br />six (6) stalls per doctor. <br /> <br />SECTION 14: That Sub-section 23 of Section 9247.4 of the Santa <br /> <br />Aha Municipal code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />23. Industrial uses (within <br /> a building), Industrial <br /> uses (outside a building) <br /> blueprinting, printing, <br /> and similar reproduction <br /> establishments. <br /> <br />One parking space for each two <br />employees or for every 500 square <br />feet of open or enclosed area <br />devoted to the compounding, manu- <br />facturing or processing of any <br />goods or articles, whichever is <br />greater, plus one stall for each <br />vehicle used in conjunction with <br />the use. <br /> <br />SECTION 15: That Sub-section 26 of Section 9247.4 of the Santa <br /> <br />Ana Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />26. Lodges, clubs, dance <br /> halls, health studios <br /> where there are no sleep- <br /> ing facilities. <br /> <br />One stall per 150 square feet <br />of gross floor area. <br /> <br />SECTION 16: That Sub-section 29 of Section 9247.4 of the Santa <br /> <br />Ana Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 29. Senior high schools One stall per 150 square feet <br /> of floor area in each classroom <br /> plus requirement for assembly <br /> rooms, gymnasiums, auditoriums <br /> and ~imilar places of public <br /> assembly. <br /> <br />SECTION 17: That Sub-section 35 of Section 9247.4 of the Santa <br /> <br />Aha Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />35. Special uses, including <br /> airports, carnivals and <br /> circuses, amusement <br /> enterprises, and all <br /> other uses where parking <br /> requirements have not <br /> been designated herein. <br /> <br />Shall be determined by the <br />Planning Director in writing. <br />Any determination by the <br />Planning Director may be <br />appealed to the City Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 18: That sub-section (b) of Section 9250.14 of the <br /> <br />Santa Ana Municipal code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(b) Any appeal made under the terms of this Part shall be made <br /> within ten (10) calendar days following the date of the <br /> decision by the Planning Commission or Zoning Administrator. <br /> Further, said appeal period shall end at 5:00 P.M. on the <br /> tenth calendar day following said date of the decision by <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
