N$-561 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />CALLING, PROVIDING FOR AND GIVING <br />NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELEC- <br />TION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON <br />TUESDAY, -'MARCH:~ 13, 1962, FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE <br />QUALIFIED VOTERS OF SAID CITY A <br />PROPOSITION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF <br />WATER REVENUE BONDS BY SAID CITY. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That a special election be held and <br />the same is hereby called to be held in the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, on Tuesday, the l~th day of Ma=ch,~ <br />1962, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters <br />of said city the proposition of issuing water revenue bonds <br />pursuant to the Charter of said city and the Revenue Bond <br />Law of 1941 (Chapter 6, Part l, Division 2, Title 5 of the <br />Government Code of the State of California) in the amount <br />and for the objects and purposes hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the purpose for which said bonded <br />indebtedness is to be incurred and revenue bonds issued <br />therefor is as follows: <br /> <br /> The acquisition and construction of additions <br />to the revenue producing water utility of the City <br />of Santa Aha (i.e. the water supply and distribution <br />system) for which the property to be acquired and <br /> <br /> <br />
