exceed the maximum rate permitted by law, to wit, six <br />per cent (6%) per annum, payable annually for the first <br />year and semiannually thereafter, the actual rate or <br />rates of interest on said bonds to be determined at or <br />prior to the time of the sale or sales thereof. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That if the proposition for the <br />incurring of bonded indebtedness so submitted receives <br />the requisite number of votes, to wit, the votes of a <br />majority of all the voters voting on the proposition, <br />revenue bonds as provided herein in not exceeding the <br />principal amount stated in such p~oposition shall be <br />issued and sold for the purpose set forth herein. Said <br />bonds are to be revenue bonds payable exclusively from <br />the revenues of the enterprise and are not to be secured <br />by the taxing power of the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the enterprise referred to <br />herein is defined to be the entire waterworks system of <br />the City of Santa Aha as said system now exists together <br />with all additions to be acquired, constructed and financed <br />with funds derived from the sale of the revenue bonds <br />herein proposed to be issued, together with all improve- <br />ments and extensions to said system later constructed <br />or acquired. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That the polls for said election shall <br />be opened at seven o'clock A.M., of the day of said elec- <br />tion and shall remain open continuously from said time <br />until seven o'clock P.M.~ of the same day~ when said polls <br />shall be closed, except as provided in Section 1~426 of <br />the Elections Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> <br />
