within the Local Drainage Areas in lieu of cash payment of the amount of the fee provided for. SECTION 9378.2. Drainaqe Fees Established. The City of Santa Ana is hereby divided into thirteen Local Drainage Areas, to be known as "Local Drainage Area No. I" and continuing through "Local Drainage Area No. XIII". When this Section has been in effect for a period of thirty days prior to the filing of a Tentative subdivision Map Or Preliminary Record of Survey Map, no Final Subdivision Map or Final Record of Survey Map shall be approved in any of the Local Drainage Areas until the fee hereinbelow provided for has been paid in cash or by other and equal consideration as provided for in Section 9378.1. The fee to be paid for any land being subdivided or developed in each of the Local Drainage Areas is as set out after the name of said Local Drainage Area hereinbelow. The dollar figure stated for each Area is for each gross acre of land, and said figure shall be proportionately reduced, for any fraction of an acre being subdivided or developed, on an exact percentage basis.
