within the Local Drainage Areas in lieu of cash payment <br />of the amount of the fee provided for. <br /> <br />SECTION 9378.2. Drainaqe Fees Established. <br /> <br /> The City of Santa Ana is hereby divided into thirteen <br />Local Drainage Areas, to be known as "Local Drainage Area <br /> <br />No. I" and continuing through "Local Drainage Area No. XIII". <br /> <br /> When this Section has been in effect for a period of <br />thirty days prior to the filing of a Tentative subdivision <br />Map Or Preliminary Record of Survey Map, no Final Subdivision <br />Map or Final Record of Survey Map shall be approved in any of <br />the Local Drainage Areas until the fee hereinbelow provided <br />for has been paid in cash or by other and equal consideration <br />as provided for in Section 9378.1. <br /> <br /> The fee to be paid for any land being subdivided or <br />developed in each of the Local Drainage Areas is as set out <br />after the name of said Local Drainage Area hereinbelow.
