Beginning at the Southwest corner of that parcel of real property hereinabove described, the same being 249.4 feet, more or less, Southerly from the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 390.4 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Mabury Street for a distance of 291.3 feet, more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 392.9 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Mabury Street for a distance of 291 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District, and Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit AA 378 A) is hereby amended to show said reclassification.
