PARCEL 2: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 1 as described hereinabove; thence Westerly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the center line of St. Andrew Place for a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence Northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 439.1 feet, more or less; thence Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of St. Andrew Place for a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street, the same being the Westerly boundary of Parcel 1 as described hereinabove, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and Sectional District Map 23-5-10 (Exhibit AA 396 A) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
