of said tract; thence leaving said tract boundary and continuing North 0° 03' 30" West 166.13 feet to the South line of said Fairhaven Avenue and to a point in said City boundary; thence West along said City boundary and said South line of Fairhaven Avenue, 15 feet, more or less, to an angle point in said City boundary, thence North 60 feet along said City boundary to the North line of said Fairhaven Avenue and to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Santa Aha and to Ward No. 1 in said City, and said annexation is by this Ordinance effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this territory, the designation that applies is "Santa Aha City - 1957 and 1958 Annexes". SECTION 3: ~fhis Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
