SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />Parcel 2: Beginning at the Northeast corner of that parcel <br />of real property hereinabove described as Parcel 1, the <br />same being 565 feet, more or less, Northerly from the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street; thence Northerly along the <br />center line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 75 feet, <br />more or less; thence Westerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a <br />distance of 980.5 feet, more or less; thence Southerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Lincoln <br />Avenue for a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence <br />Easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 980.5 feet, <br />more or less, the same being the Northerly boundary of <br />Parcel 1 as described hereinabove, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District, and <br /> <br />Sectional District Map 6-5-9 (Exhibit AA 406 B) is hereby amended to <br /> <br />show said reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from <br />and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
