Flower Street, the same being the Easterly boundary line of Parcel 1 hereinabove described, for a distance of 616.8 feet, more or less, to the center line of Fifteenth Street; thence Easterly along the center line of Fifteenth Street for a distance of 410 feet, more or less, to the center line of Patton Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Parton street for a distance of 766.8 feet, more or less, to that point where the center line of Patton Street intersects the center line of Washington Avenue; thence Westerly along the center line of Washington Avenue for a distance of 424 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-3H District, and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 (Exhibit AA 431 B) is hereby amended to show said reclassification. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
