SECTION 3. That the bonded indebtedness and interest of the <br />City for the Santa Ana Municipal Improvement Bond Fund authorized by <br />the voters by their ballots cast in the Special Municipal Bond <br />Election held April 9, 1946, may be paid for the current fiscal year, <br />the rate of $.060 on each $100.00 of the taxable property in said <br />City is hereby fixed, but that said rate shall not apply to any <br />portion of those properties added to the City ~y annexation procee~ing~ <br />under the following designated names and certified by the Secretary <br />of State on the dates set opposite the designated names, as follows: <br /> <br /> Southeast Santa Ana <br /> <br /> "that portion of Orange County Waterworks <br /> District lying and being outside of the <br /> City of Santa Ana, California" <br /> <br />The Prentice Park Territory <br /> <br /> Northwest Corner of Bristol and Edinger Street <br /> <br /> North of Edinger and West of Bristol Streets <br /> <br />Townsend Annexation <br /> <br />South Standard Annex <br /> <br />S.E.
