<br />corner of Lot 20 of said Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract;

<br />Lot 20 and along the West line of said "Freeway Annex" a
<br />distance of 673.94 feet to the common corner of Lots 20, 22,
<br />28, and 29 of said Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract; thence
<br />North 0° 49' 23" West along the West line of said Lot 29, a
<br />distance of 340~feet, more or less, to the Southeast line of
<br />that certain parcel of land described in a deed to the Orange
<br />County Flood Control District, recorded June 2, 1960, in
<br />Book 5270, Page 92, Official Records of Orange County,
<br />California, said Southeast line being parallel with and 315.00
<br />feet Southeast, measured at right angles, frcan the center line
<br />of that certain easement conveyed to the County of Orange
<br />May 25, 1932, and recorded in Book 557, Page 264 of said
<br />Official Records; thence departing from said City boundary,
<br />as established by said "Freeway Annex" and running South
<br />23° 40' 40" West, more or less, along said Southeast line a
<br />distance of 360 feet, more or less, to a point on the North
<br />line of said Lot 28, said point being the most Southeast
<br />corner of said parcel of land to the Orange County Flood
<br />Control District; thence North 89° 58' 20" West along said
<br />last mentioned North line a distance of 25.00 feet, more or
<br />less, to that certain line as described in a deed to the
<br />Orange County Flood Control DistrAct recorded in Book 5726,
<br />page 405 of said Official Records; thence South 23° 38' 50"

<br />easterly having a radius of 180.00 feet, the radial to said
<br />curve at said angle point bears North 70° 05' 19" East; thence
<br />along the following seven courses which are along the existing
<br />City of Santa Ana boundary; thence Southeast along said
<br />existing City boundary and along said last mentioned non-
<br />tangent curve through a central angle of 69° 50' 28" an arc
<br />distance of 219.41 feet to a tangent line; thence South
<br /> 89° 45' 09" East along said tangent line a distance of 138.59
<br /> feet to a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
<br /> radius of 25.00 feet; thence along said last mentioned tangent
<br /> curve through a central angle of 39° 06' 50" an arc distance
<br /> of 17.07 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve, said last
<br /> mentioned non-tangent curve being concave Easterly and having
<br /> a radius of 1,470.00 feet, the radial to said last mentioned
<br /> non-tangent curve at said point, bears North 70° 04' 32" West;
<br /> thence South along said last mentioned non-tangent curve
<br /> through a central angle of 19° 40' 38" an arc distance of
<br /> 504.85 feet to its intersection with a non-tangent line;
