thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin ~Avenue for a distance of 1156.6 feet, more or less; thence westerly for a distance of 43 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 and C-5 Districts to the R-lB District, and Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 617 A. SECTION 3: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Parcel 3: Beginning at a point located 549 feet, more or less, northerly from the center line of Seventeenth Street and 320 feet, more or less, westerly from the center line of Old Tustin Avenue, said point being the northeast corner of Parcel 2(a) above described; thence westerly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 844.7 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 1300.4 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 848 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 1303.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 and H-lB Districts to the District, and Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 617 A. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
