ORDINANCE NS-916 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 621 FILED BY F. W. SCHILDMEYER <br />AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 6-5-9 (EXHIBIT <br />AA 621 B) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application 621 filed by F. W. <br />SCHILDMEYER for a change in District classification from the A-1 <br />District to the R-1 and C-5 Districts, and said Commission, by its <br />Resolution 5834, has recommended APPROVAL of reclassification from <br />the A-1 District to the R-l, R-lB, and C-5 Districts in accordance <br />with Exhibit AA 621 B; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />said reclassification on published notice as required by law, and <br />does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general <br />welfare require the following amendment, and that the uses under the <br />new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of california, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the center line of Lincoln <br /> Avenue located 801.90 feet, more or less, northerly <br />from that point where the said center line intersects the center <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence northerly along the center <br />line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; <br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 830 feet, more or less; <br />thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; <br />thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center <br />line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 830 feet, more or <br />less, to the center line of Lincoln Avenue and the point of <br />beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point on the northeast corner of <br /> Parcel 1, hereinabove described; thence easterly for <br />a distance of 65 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Lincoln Avenue <br />for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; thence westerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara <br />Avenue for a distance of 65 feet, more or less; thence northerly <br />along the easterly boundary line of Parcel 1, hereinabove <br />described, for a distance of 760 feet, more or less, to the point <br />of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-lB District, <br />and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
