ORDINANCE NS-916 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 621 FILED BY F. W. SCHILDMEYER AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 6-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 621 B) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 621 filed by F. W. SCHILDMEYER for a change in District classification from the A-1 District to the R-1 and C-5 Districts, and said Commission, by its Resolution 5834, has recommended APPROVAL of reclassification from the A-1 District to the R-l, R-lB, and C-5 Districts in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law, and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of california, described as: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the center line of Lincoln Avenue located 801.90 feet, more or less, northerly from that point where the said center line intersects the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 830 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 830 feet, more or less, to the center line of Lincoln Avenue and the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-1 District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B. SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point on the northeast corner of Parcel 1, hereinabove described; thence easterly for a distance of 65 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Lincoln Avenue for a distance of 760 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 65 feet, more or less; thence northerly along the easterly boundary line of Parcel 1, hereinabove described, for a distance of 760 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-lB District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B. -1-
