SECTION 3: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 3: Beginning at a point on the northeast corner of Parcel 2, hereinabove described, thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Fairhaven Avenue for a distance of 170 feet, more or less, to the center line of Glassell Avenue; thence southeasterly along the center line of Glassell Avenue for a distance of 775 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 341.14 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of Parcel 2, hereinabove described; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Lincoln Avenue and along the easterly line of the above- described Parcel 2 for a distance of 760 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-5 District, and Sectional District Map 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 621 B. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
