BROWN, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance <br />was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of said <br />City held on the 20th day of November, 1967, and was again con- <br />sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day <br />of December, 1967, and at said meeting was passed and adopted by <br />the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Herrin, Brooks, Carlson, Griset, Markel, <br /> Thurman, McMichael <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None <br /> <br />DORIS M.
