Section 9230.32~. Required Yards. <br /> (a) Front Yards. <br /> (1) %~ere shall be a front yard not less than 30 <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br /> feet in <br /> depth. <br /> (2) Where such yards front upon primary streets, the entire <br /> depth shall be landscaped, with the exception of driveways <br /> and walks bisecting the landscaped area. <br /> (3) Where such yards front upon streets other than primary <br /> streets, the front 10 feet shall be landscaped. %~e rear <br /> 20 feet shall be either landscaped or paved and may be <br /> used for parking. <br /> <br />Side Yards. <br />There shall be a side yard of not less than 10 feet. ~fhe <br />side yard shall be landscaped unless greened from streets <br />and adjacent properties or used for improved driveway or <br />walkways. <br /> <br />Distance between buildings. <br />There shall be not less than 15 feet distance between any <br />two buildings. <br /> <br />Section 9230.327. off-Street Parkinq. <br /> <br /> Off-street parking shall be provided in the manner and number <br />prescribed by Part 4 of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That Section 9230.328 of the Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of February, 1955. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOPdqIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORAiqGE ) <br />CITY OF SAbY£A ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
