Section 9247.4(m). General Retail. <br /> One parking space for each 150 square feet of gross floor area <br />except area devoted exclusively to storage, but not less than <br />1/3 of the total lot area, whichever is greater, shall be provided <br />for general retail, including service uses such as barber shops <br />and beauty parlors. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(n). Restaurants~ Cafes, etc. <br /> One parking stall for each two employees, plus one parking <br />stall for each 35 square feet of dining or dringing area where <br />there are no fixed seats and/or one stall for each five fixed <br />seats (18 lineal inches of bench shall be considered one fixed <br />seat), shall be provided for restaurants, cafes, night clubs, <br />bars, and other places dispensing food or refreshments. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(o). Theaters, Sport Arenas, etc. <br /> One (1) parking space for each five (5) fixed seats or for <br />every 35 square feet of floor area where there are no fixed <br />seats (18 lineal inches of bench shall be considered one fixed <br />seat) shall be provided for theaters, sport arenas, stadiums, <br />auditoriums, governmental hearing chambers, and similar places <br />of public assembly. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(p). Mortuaries, Gymnasiums, etc. <br /> One parking space for each five fixed seats or for every <br />35 square feet of ~oor area where there are no fixed seats (18 <br />lineal inches of bench shall be considered one fixed seat) shall <br />be provided for mortuaries, funeral homes, gymnasiums, and <br />skating rinks. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(q). Bowling Alleys. <br /> Four parking spaces for each alley shall be provided for <br />bowling alleys. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(r). Golf Courses (Regulation). <br /> Ten parking spaces per hold and one space for each 35 square <br />feet of building area used for public assembly and one space <br />for each 250 square feet of building area used for other commercial <br />use shall be provided for regulation golf courses. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(s). Trade Schools, etc. <br /> One parking space for every 35 square feet of gross floor <br />area in every classroom shall be provided for trade schools, <br />business colleges, and commercial schools. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(t). Open Retail Uses. <br /> One parking Bpace for every 500 square feet of lot area devoted <br />to display plus one space for each two employees shall be provided <br />for open retail uses; e.g., nurseries, used car lots. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(u). Warehousing, Wholesale, etc. <br /> One parking space for every 1000 square feet of gross floor <br />area plus one space per truck of the maximum contemplated number <br />that will be stored upon the premises at one time shall be provided <br />for warehousing, wholesale, furniture stores, machinery sales, and <br />new oar or truck sales. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(v). Drive-In Restaurants. <br /> Twenty-five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of gross <br />floor area shall be provided for drive-in restaurants. <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
