Section 9247.4(b). Multiple-family Dwellinq Units. <br /> The minimum requirements for off-street parking for <br />multiple family uses shall be as hereinafter provided: <br /> <br />Bachelor apartment: One garage or carport per unit. <br /> <br />One or more bedroom apartment: one and one-half parking <br /> spaces per unit. Not less than one space per unit <br /> shall be a garage or carport. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(c). Trailer Parks. <br /> One and one-fourth parking spaces shall be provided for <br />each dwelling unit within a trailer park. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(d). Rest Homes, etc. <br /> One parking space for each two beds or one parking space for <br />each 200 square feet of sleeping room, whichever is greater, <br />shall be provided for rest home, convalescent home, sanitarium <br />and home for the aged. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(e). Boarding Houses~ etc. <br /> One parking space for each guest room or one parking space <br />for each 150 square feet of sleeping area, whichever is greater, <br />shall be provided for boarding houses, lodging houses, and <br />rooming houses. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(f). Fraternities, etc. <br /> One parking space for each two beds or one parking space for <br />each 100 square feet of sleeping room, whichever is greater, shall <br />be provided for Fraternities, sororities, dormitories, and <br />residential clubs. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(g). Hotels. <br /> <br /> One parking space for each two sleeping rooms plus one stall <br />for each three employees shall be provided for hotels. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(h). Motels, Tourist Rooms, Cabins. <br /> One parking space for each unit plus one space for resident <br />manager shall be provided for motels, tourist rooms, and cabins. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(i). General Business and Professional offices <br /> One stall per 300 square feet of gross floor area for the <br />first 10,000 square feet of gross floor area and one stall per <br />500 square feet of gross floor area over 10,000 square feet <br />shall be provided for general business and professional offices, <br />EXCEPT medical, dental offices and clinics. In no case shall <br />there be less than one-third (1/3) of the total lot area devoted <br />to off-street parking. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(j). Medical, Dental Offices and clinics. <br /> <br /> One stall per 200 square f~et of gross floor area shall,be <br />provided for medical, dental offices and clinics; however, in <br />no case shall there be less than six (6) stalls per doctor. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(k). Union Halls and Buildings. <br /> One parking stall for each 300 square feet of gross office <br />floor area plus one stall for each 70 square feet of assembly <br />room floor area, but not less than 1/3 of the total lot area, <br />whichever is greater, shall be provided for Union Halls and <br />buildings. <br /> <br />Section 9247.4(1). ~qspitals and Welfare Institutions. <br /> One and one-half parking spaces for each patient bed, but not <br />less than 1/3 of the total lot area, whichever is greater, shall <br />be provided for Hospitals and welfare institutions. <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
