(b) Screens. <br /> <br /> A wrought iron, open weave, or mesh type fence <br /> shall be combined with plant materials to form <br /> an opaque screen. <br /> <br />(c) Plantinq. <br /> Plant materials, when used as a screen, shall <br /> consist of compact evergreen plants. Said plant <br /> materials shall be of a kind, or used in such a <br /> manner, so as to provide opaque screening. <br /> <br />Sec. 41-813. LandscaDing. <br /> <br /> A landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Depart- <br />ment for approval. Said landscaping plan shall consist of the <br />size, type, and location of all trees, shrubs, and ground <br />cover areas in the mobile home park site and shall include one <br />tree per mobile home site. <br /> <br /> A system of irrigation or sprinkling of landscaping shall <br />be indicated on the plan.
