A permanent, roofed structure attached to and supported by the building and projecting over public property. Any sign or device and all parts thereof which are used to advertise products, goods, services or other- wise promote the sale of objects or identify objects for sale. Any structure which supports or is capable of supporting a sign as defined in this Code. A sign structure may be a single pole or may be an integral part of the building. -3-
