P and LP Districts <br /> <br />A. Temporary Sign <br /> Same as A 1, RE and R 1 zones. <br /> <br />B. Signs Required by Law <br /> Same as A 1, RE and R 1 zones. <br /> <br />One (1) freestanding roof, wall or combination sigh per <br />building. The total display area of any sign shall not <br />exceed three (3) percent of the building facade on the <br />street side. In the case of a building on a corner lot, <br />only the primary building frontage is used to determine <br />sign area. A sign may advertise only the name and address <br />of the building it identifies and the name, address and <br />services offered by professions allowed in the land use <br />district. <br /> <br />One (1) identification name plate per occupant not ex- <br />ceeding three (3) square feet in area which shall be <br />unlighted and stationary. <br /> <br />4.
