SECTION 6: That said General Municipal Election is held <br />to fill the offices for the terms as follows: <br /> <br />Four (4) members of the City Council, to be nominated <br />from Wards Two, Four, Six, and Seven and to be elected <br />by the electors of the City at large, the term of each <br />to begin on April 13, 1971, or as soon thereafter as <br />the result of said Election can be declared, and to hold <br />office until the second Tuesday of April, 1975, excepting <br />the member nominated and elected from Ward Seven, whose <br />term of office shall expire on the second Tuesday of <br />April, 1973. <br /> <br /> SECTION 7: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause this <br />Ordinance to be published one time within fifteen (15) days of the <br />date of its adoption.
