centerline for a distance of 874.3 feet more or less to a point on the boundary of the City of Santa Ana; thence continuing north along said City boundary for a distance of 846.8 feet more or less; thence westerly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the centerline of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 979.3 feet more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately pa- rallel to the last said City boundary for a distance of 661.8 feet more or less to the point of beginning. is hereby rezoned from the A 1 District to the R 1 District and Sectional District Map 5-5-9, as revised, is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit A.A. 689-B. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Ana. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
