ORDINANCE NO. 1173 <br /> <br /> SECTION 19: Validity. The City Council hereby declares <br />that should any section, paragraph, sentence, or word of this <br />ordinance be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the <br />intent of the City Council that it would have passed all other <br />portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination here- <br />from of any such portion as may be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> SECTION 20: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and the <br />City Clerk shall attest thereto and shall cause the same to <br />be published once in the Register, a newspaper published and <br />circulated in said City of Santa Ana, and thereupon and there- <br />after this ordinance shall take effect and be in force accord- <br />ing to law. <br /> <br /> SECTION 21: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days <br />from and after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2 day of <br /> Sul3 , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
