Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of the R 3 H District is to encourage <br />high quality high aensity residential development <br />~hrough ~he use of usable open space requirements, <br />covered off-street parking requirements, and <br />optional side yard requirements which permit <br />greater flexibility in design.
