Additional public streets, alleys and ease- <br />ments may be created in the Project Area as needed <br />for proper development. The public rights-of-way shall <br />be used for vehicular and for pedestrian traffic as <br />well as for public improvements, public and private <br />utilities, and activities typically found in public <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />Other Public Uses <br /> <br />Parking, open spaces, public and semi-public uses may <br />be interspersed with other uses in any area. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br /> <br />
