11. <br /> <br />Other Public Semz-Public, Institutional and Nonprofit <br />Uses <br /> <br /> In any area the Agency is authorized to permit the' <br /> establishment or enlargement of public, semi-public, <br /> institutional, or non-profit uses, including park <br /> and recreational facilities, libraries, hospitals, <br />.,educational, fraternal, employee, philanthropic and <br /> charitable institutions, and facilities of other <br /> similar associations or organizations. All such uses <br /> shall conform so far as possible to the provisions of <br /> this Plan applicable to the uses in the specific area <br /> involved. The Agency shall impose such other reasonable <br /> restrictions as are necessary to protect the development <br /> and use in the Project Area, <br /> <br />12. Limitation on the Number of Buildings <br /> <br />The number of buildings in the Project Area shall be <br />regulated by the Agency, <br /> <br />C, .-OFF-STREET PARKING - GENERALLY <br /> <br />1, Dimension of Parking Area and A~cess <br /> <br />Open or garage parking stalls shall not be less <br />than nine Cg) feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. <br /> <br />Aisles to and from parking stalls shall not be <br />less than: <br /> <br />(1) Thirteen (15) feet wide for thirty ($0 degree <br /> parking. <br /> <br />C2) Fifteen C15) feet wide for forty-five C45) <br /> degree parking, <br /> <br />($) Eighteen (18) feet wide for sixty (60) degree <br /> parking. <br /> <br />C4) Twenty-three (25) feet wide for ninety (90) <br /> degree parking. <br /> <br />c. Circulation within a parking area must be that: <br /> <br />(1) A car entering the parking area need not <br /> enter a street to reach another aisle. <br /> <br />(2) A car need not enter a street backwards. <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br /> <br />
