ORDINANCE NO. NS-1193 PAGE TWO J. The City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassifi- cation on published notice as required by law, and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require thai said govern- mental and quasi-public agency parcels be rezoned from their present classifications to "0" (Open Space Land) Districts. SECTION 2: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby approve amendment application 726. SECTION 3: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby in- corporate by reference Appendix "B" attached hereto and by this reference makes it a part hereof as though it is fully set forth herein, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby reclassifies all of the parcels listed in Appendix "B" from their current classification as shown therein to the "O" (Open Space Land) District. SECTION 4: The City Council of lhe City of Santa Ana hereby in- corporates by reference Appendix "A" attached hereto and by ibis reference makes it a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby amends the Sectional District Maps listed on Appendix "A" amending the present zoning classification of the shaded portion of each of those maps from their present zoning classification to the "O" (Open Space Land) District. SECTION 5: The Clerk of the Council shall certify the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Aha. SECTION 6: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
