ORDINANCE NO. NS-1228 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 41-590 <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING <br />TO THE REQUIREMENT OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, USE, OR DIVI- <br />SION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE PRD MODIFIED <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That section 41-590 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-590. Conditional use permit required. <br /> <br /> Any development, use or division of property within a <br />PRD modified district classification, even though such develop- <br />ment, use or division of said property may conform to the base <br />zone to which the PRD modified district may be suffixed, requires <br />the filing and approval of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />(A) Application for permit. Any application for a condi- <br /> tional use permit under the provisions of this division <br /> and chapter shall be accompanied by a filing fee. No <br /> such application shall be accepted for filing unless ac- <br /> companied by the required fee. The city council from <br /> time to time by resolution shall establish a schedule of <br /> fees for such applications, and a copy of this schedule <br /> shall be maintained at the office of the planning de- <br /> partment. <br /> <br />(B) Application contents. An application for a planned <br /> residential development shall be in the form of an <br /> application for a conditional use permit and shall <br /> be accompanied by the following information, maps <br /> and plans: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A legal description of the real property; a tenta- <br />tive subdivision map may be substituted if the <br />applicant proposes to subdivide the property. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The gross land area of the development, the <br />present zoning classification thereof, and the <br />zoning classification and land use of the area <br />surrounding the proposed development, including <br />the location of structures and other improvements. <br /> <br />(3) A precise development plan, drawn to scale, show- <br /> ing the following information: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Location of each existing and each proposed <br />structure in the development area, the use <br />or uses to be contained therein, the number <br />of stories, gross building and floor area, <br />location of entrances and loading points <br />thereof. <br /> <br />All streets, curb cuts, driving lanes, parking <br />areas, loading area, public transportation <br />points, and illumination facilities for the <br />same. <br /> <br /> <br />
