NS-1280 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (f) Miscellaneous fees in addition to the above minimum <br />rental rates applicable to each scholastic, charitable or com- <br />mercial event, show or performance shall be: <br /> <br />Press and announcers box, public address system and <br />scoreboard, thirty-five dollars ($35.00). <br /> <br />Police services shall be provided by the Santa Aha <br />Police Department at the rates set forth by reso- <br />lution of the Council. <br /> <br />Use, maintenance or preparation of football field, <br />forty-five dollars ($45.00). <br /> <br />Each refuse container, eight dollars ($8.00). <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the vali- <br />dity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Coun- <br />cil of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it would have <br />adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases <br />or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its re§ular meeting held on the 6th <br />day of October , 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />FLORENCE I.
